We aim to make processing payments with us as easy as possible. However, it is important to note that we only accept the following payment methods for all purchases with us.
We accept any credit or debit cards issued by a bank in Australia and New Zealand.
You can only pay with a credit or debit card if you have an active Bissesar Business Hub account. We will sign you up for this account the first time you purchase a product, or subscribe to a service with us.
Payments made via credit and debit cards are processed by our payment gateway provider Stripe
The fees for processing your payment through Stripe are added to your invoice.
For cards issued in New Zealand, fees are capped at 2.7% of the total amount + 30 cents.
For international cards, fees are capped at 3.7% of the total amount + 30 cents.
Usually, credit and debit card transactions processed via Stripe take 4 business days to be processed. Services may not be provisioned until the payment has cleared in to our bank accounts.
EFTPOS cards issued in any country are not accepted.
Also known as Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), we accept transfers to our business bank accounts from yours.
We prefer payments be made via bank transfers for all local payments.
Depending on your location, the following processing times may apply to bank transfers:
If you are transferring from your New Zealand bank account, payments are generally processed between 9 am and midnight, 7 days a week. Payments made after midnight will generally be posted in our account the following day.
Most Australian banks process payments via Osko. If Osko is available at your bank, payments between Australian bank accounts are made immediately.
If Osko is not available at your Australian bank, refer to your bank's payment processing times.
There is no fixed time frame for international payments. The processing times depend on your international bank and other regulatory bodies (if applicable).
International bank transfers attract a payment processing fee, which will be added to your invoice.
If you are transferring from an international bank account, all local taxes, surcharges, and fees must be paid by you.
Our business bank account details will be provided to you on our invoice, and can also be obtained by emailing our Accounts Receivable Team
If you have a PayPal account, you can use it to pay our invoices.

PayPal payments take 4-5 business days to clear in our accounts. Services may not be provisioned until payment has cleared in to our bank accounts.
